Retail Sales Associate – Part Time
About The Position
AutoZone is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! Customer Service and help customers find automotive parts and solutions. The role supports sales and store operations by assisting customers with product selection and automotive advice, maintaining inventory and merchandise organization, and contributing to a knowledgeable, positive retail environment. Associates use AutoZone systems to learn about parts, tools, and promotions, and diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and recommend solutions. The position requires flexible availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed, and the ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and communicate clearly and professionally.
- Collaborate with managers and teammates, support team members, and contribute to a motivated, productive store environment.
- Recommend products, services, and promotions while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
- Restock and organize merchandise, follow point-of-sale procedures and loss prevention policies, and help maintain smooth store operations and proper financial management.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently using structured processes, and follow safety policies and use personal protective equipment.
- Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
- Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
