About The Position

The role of a Retail Sales Associate at Vuori is to forge connections with customers while communicating Vuori’s brand values through insightful product knowledge and a happy optimistic outlook. This role involves creating an unforgettable customer experience by forging lasting relationships with customers, working with the sales team to ensure each customer receives the best service possible, and greeting customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner. The associate will also prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide honest, knowledgeable feedback to customers regarding merchandise style and fit. The role also requires achieving sales goals in a team-based commission environment, seeking new product knowledge in the broader fashion and active-wear landscape, assisting in project completion with a focus on customer experience, and communicating inventory needs to support business goals. Operational duties include ensuring the sales floor is stocked nightly, collaborating with management on inventory management, maintaining store cleanliness, understanding and executing cash control procedures, and assisting in the implementation and maintenance of merchandising/visual directives. The associate must ensure the selling floor is neat, clean, organized, and reflects the correct visual image at all times, and identify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner.
