About The Position

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is looking for driven, dynamic, and coachable individuals to join their growing retail team as a Retail Sales Associate. This role involves providing the best customer experience and technology solutions from a variety of AT&T products and services. The position offers a strong base pay, a commission and bonus schedule, ongoing paid training, exciting career paths, and an uncapped commission program for those who meet or exceed sales goals. Requirements

  • Experience in a retail or customer-facing sales environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Legally able to be employed in the US.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (may not be required depending on location).
  • Experience prospecting through outbound calls.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers, educate them on available AT&T products and services, and guide them through the buying process.

  • Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Train and develop skills to become a top Retail Sales Associate, leading to opportunities on the management team.
  • Maintain a fun, clean, and exciting work environment for customers and team members.

  • Participate in marketing activities designed to maximize selling opportunities.
