About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you’ll be the face of the company for customers visiting its stores. Best Buy provides training to help associates confidently recommend technology products and services that meet customers’ individual needs. The role is suited to people with an interest in sales or helping others.

Associates welcome and engage customers, demonstrate products, answer questions, make recommendations across departments, complete cashier duties, maintain product and service knowledge, keep the sales floor clean and stocked, and assist with in-store and curbside pickup orders. The position requires a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.

• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
