About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll represent Best Buy to customers visiting its stores. Best Buy provides training to develop the skills and knowledge needed to recommend technology products and services that meet each customer’s needs. The position is suited to people interested in sales or helping others.

The role involves engaging customers, demonstrating products, answering questions, making recommendations across departments, handling purchases and returns at the register, maintaining product knowledge, keeping the sales floor clean and stocked, and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup orders.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Demonstrate products, answer questions, and recommend products and services that meet customer needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
