About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll represent Best Buy to customers visiting its stores. Best Buy provides training to help you recommend technology products and services that meet customers’ needs. The role is suited to someone interested in sales or helping people. You’ll welcome and engage customers, demonstrate products, answer questions, make recommendations across departments, complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges, maintain product knowledge through ongoing learning, keep the sales floor clean and stocked, and assist with in-store and curbside pickup orders. The position requires at least three months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment and availability for a flexible schedule that includes holidays, nights, and weekends. Requirements
