About The Position

Skechers is hiring an entry-level retail Sales Associate, also known as a Product Specialist. The role focuses on engaging customers, providing personalized product advice and exceptional service, contributing to store and individual sales goals, and supporting day-to-day store operations. Associates also process customer payments, maintain product knowledge, and collaborate with coworkers to create an inviting store environment that reflects Skechers standards. The position involves being on your feet for most of the shift and occasionally lifting and carrying shoes and boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Eager to deliver excellent customer service in an entry-level retail role.
• Driven to meet and exceed retail sales goals.
• Reliable and detail-oriented, and comfortable with cashier responsibilities.
• Able to work a flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability.
• Enthusiastic about representing the Skechers brand with energy and a sense of urgency.
• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of application.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities
