About The Position

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking driven, dynamic, and coachable individuals to join their growing retail team as a Retail Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing the best customer experience and offering technology solutions from a variety of AT&T products and services. The position involves engaging with customers, educating them on available products and services, and guiding them through the buying process in an energetic environment. As you learn and succeed, you will be eligible for new opportunities and financial rewards. My Wireless is a fast-growing AT&T Authorized National Retailer with over 240 locations across the US and Puerto Rico, focused on inspiring team members through knowledge, habits, and skills to connect with customers and achieve goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in a retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required)
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
  • Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
  • Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • Standing and walking around for prolonged periods of time.
  • Occasionally lifting and moving objects of up to 10 pounds.
  • Reaching with hands and arms.
  • Climbing ladders, balancing on ladders, stooping, kneeling, crouching.
  • Fine handling of display materials and merchandise.
  • Dexterity is required.
  • Specific vision abilities required include working with small parts in mobile phones and looking at a computer screen for prolonged periods of time (can be met with eyeglasses or contacts).

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location)
  • Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Engage with My Wireless customers.
  • Educate customers on available AT&T products and services.
  • Guide customers through the buying process.
  • Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance.
  • Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Train and develop skills to become a top My Wireless Retail Sales Associate, leading to opportunities on the management team.
  • Maintain a fun, clean, and exciting work environment for customers and team members.
  • Work as a team member to exceed personal and team goals.
  • Participate in marketing activities designed to maximize selling opportunities.
