About The Position

This role is responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and customer service. The associate will assess customer needs, provide information on product features, and actively engage with customers to drive sales. Maintaining the stock and appearance of the store, staying knowledgeable about products, and working collaboratively with other team members are key aspects of this position. Building trusting relationships with customers is also a primary focus.

Requirements

• Proven working experience as retail sales associate
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• Track record of over-achieving sales quota
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service focus
• High School degree
