About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you’ll serve as a customer-facing representative in the store. Best Buy provides training to help you recommend technology products and services that meet customers’ needs. The role involves engaging with customers, demonstrating and explaining products, processing purchases and returns, maintaining product knowledge, keeping the sales floor organized, and assisting with pickup orders.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Demonstrate products, answer questions, and recommend options that meet customer needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain relevant knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
