About The Position

We are looking for our “ONE in a million” for the position of Retail Sales Associate at our Disney Springs store. This role involves creating connections with customers, helping them find the perfect piece with personalized service, working towards KPIs and individual/group goals, and maintaining the store's appearance through opening/closing, cleaning, and visual merchandising. You will also be responsible for the care, stock control, and inventory support of the jewelry products.

Requirements

  • Previous experience of 1 year in retail, working with personalized attention and sales objectives.
  • Advanced level of English is essential.
  • Flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A strong customer orientation.
  • Goal achievement.
  • Great motivation to grow and develop their professional career.

Responsibilities

  • Help customers find the perfect piece, offering personalized service that exceeds their expectations.
