About The Position

As a Sales Associate, also known as a Product Specialist, at Skechers, you will engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and contribute to store success. This entry-level retail role involves helping customers choose Skechers products, supporting sales goals, maintaining store displays and merchandise, processing payments, and collaborating with the store team. The role includes on-the-job training and may offer opportunities to grow within Skechers, including potential future permanent or full-time roles.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with cashier responsibilities.
• Eager to deliver excellent customer service and motivated to meet or exceed retail sales goals.
• Enthusiastic about representing the Skechers brand.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide personalized advice about Skechers products.
• Contribute to store and individual retail sales goals.
• Organize displays, restock shelves, and manage merchandise to maintain the store.
• Lift and carry shoes and boxes, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, and remain on your feet throughout most of the shift.
• Process customer payments accurately and perform cashier duties.
• Stay informed about Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories and share product details with customers.
• Collaborate with coworkers to create an inviting store environment that reflects Skechers’ brand and standards.
