About The Position

Sierra at TJX Companies is looking for a Retail Sales Associate. This role is responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The associate will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained to support various areas of the store. The role models excellent customer service, supports a positive store culture, accurately processes transactions, promotes loyalty programs, and maintains merchandising standards. The associate will also be responsible for processing and preparing merchandise, maintaining store organization and cleanliness, providing and accepting feedback, adhering to labor laws and policies, and supporting shrink reduction and safety goals. Other duties may be assigned.
