About The Position
Join Cooper Aerobics as a Retail Sales Associate at The Coop, where we offer Cooper apparel, active wear, boutique clothing and accessories, fitness and nutritional products. This is a part-time position with variable hours (18-29 hours per week). Evening availability until 7 PM and weekend availability are a must. Cooper Aerobics has been helping improve the quality and quantity of millions of lives through prevention since 1970. We inspire individuals to make good health a habit to live longer, healthier and more productive lives through our products and services. Our various divisions include Cooper Clinic, Cooper Fitness Center, Cooper Spa, Cooper Hotel & Conference Center, Cooper Complete, and Cooper Wellness Strategies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s or associate’s degree preferred
- Must have previous customer service experience and/or retail experience

Responsibilities
- Bring your retail and/or customer service experience to build strong relationships and brand loyalty.
- Greet all members in a prompt, pleasant and helpful manner, and ensures they receive the highest levels of customer service.
- Maintain a working knowledge of all services offered within the Fitness Center as well as other services around campus.
- Keep store clean and organized.
- Receive new merchandise, hang and steam new arrivals.
- Assist Retail Manager with any tasks associated with improving the member experience or club goals.
- Count cash drawer once at beginning of shift and at end of shift & fills out open/close form.
