About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you’ll be the face of the company for customers visiting its stores. Best Buy provides training to help you confidently recommend technology products and services that meet customers’ individual needs. This role is suited to someone with an interest in sales or helping people.

The position involves welcoming and engaging customers, demonstrating products, answering questions, recommending products and services across departments, handling purchases and returns at the cashier, keeping product knowledge current, maintaining the sales floor, and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup orders. Candidates must have at least three months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment and be able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demonstrations, answer questions, and recommend products and services across departments to meet customers’ needs.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate product knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
