About The Position
Are you the person your friends call when they have a skincare emergency? Do you believe that what you put on your body is just as important as what you put in it? For 16 years, Naples Soap Company has been helping customers with sensitive skin find products that actually work. Founded by a former nurse who solved her own family’s eczema and psoriasis, we now carry 600+ clean beauty SKUs across our Florida locations. We’re looking for someone who can match the experience our customers expect from this destination.
Requirements
- Must pass background screening
- 1+ year retail experience
- Comfortable on a busy retail floor
- Experienced in hitting sales targets
- Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Nice To Haves
- A background in beauty retail, esthetics, or cosmetology is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Consult one-on-one with customers on skincare concerns and build personalized routines from our full clean beauty range.
- Turn a shopping trip into a genuine discovery session — part educator, part advisor, part brand ambassador.
- Maintain the look, feel, and fragrance of one of Naples’ most beloved boutiques.
- Contribute to team sales goals through real relationship-building.
- Listen to customers’ skin concerns and curate personalized routines using our products.
- Transform a simple shopping trip into a spa-like discovery session.
- Meet and exceed sales goals by building genuine relationships and brand loyalty.
- Maintain a beautiful, inviting store environment that smells as good as it looks.
