About The Position
Valora Rise is growing its Cincinnati team and looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join as Retail Sales Associates. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity with full training, ongoing support, and genuine opportunities to grow. As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll be the face of the brands Valora Rise represents, engaging directly with customers during live retail campaigns and promotional events. You'll welcome customers, answer questions, introduce products and services, and help create a positive, memorable experience — no two days are exactly the same.
Requirements

- Played on a sports team, captained a side, or taken on a leadership role at school, college, or work

- Volunteered, fundraised, or been part of a community project or club
- Had a part-time or Saturday job and know what it means to show up and follow through
- Simply enjoy talking to people and are looking for your first full-time opportunity
- Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not essential
