About The Position

Family-owned FlynnO'Hara Uniforms has proudly served as a Philadelphia-based supplier and retailer of premium school uniforms, gym apparel, and medical attire since 1972. We provide flexible scheduling, a welcoming team environment, and competitive pay. Our retail store located in Glen Burnie, MD is currently hiring seasonal team associates who bring a positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Applicants must be at least 15 years old before their first day of employment.

Requirements

• At least 15 years old
• Flexible availability
• Ability to work 5–30 hours per week during the off-season and up to 40 hours per week during peak season
• Availability for some evenings and weekends
• Dependable
• Strong communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Able to lift 25 pounds or more
• Able to stand or walk for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly
• Help customers find and select merchandise
• Restock shelves
• Maintain a clean and organized store
• Assist with filing and data entry tasks when needed
