Our retail stores are the center of our business, and our associates are the front line with our customers. We are currently seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team and support our store during the busy holiday season. This is a seasonal position with an expected end date in January 2027. You'll also have the opportunity to learn and develop your leatherworking knowledge and skills while working as part of a small team running a small business. Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills

• Interest in leathercraft, creativity, or hands-on projects is a plus

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and identify their needs
• Explain products and services to customers
• Monitor inventory to ensure products are in stock
• Enter and process customer orders
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the customer experience
• Perform other duties as assigned
