About The Position

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking driven, dynamic, and coachable individuals to join their retail team as a Retail Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing an excellent customer experience and offering technology solutions from a variety of AT&T products and services. The position involves engaging with customers, educating them on available products and services, and guiding them through the buying process in an energetic environment. As you develop and succeed, opportunities for new roles and financial rewards, including potential advancement to the management team, will become available.

Requirements

• Experience in a retail or customer-facing sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Legally able to be employed in the US.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (Spanish preferred, but may not be required depending on location).
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls.
