About The Position

AutoZone is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! Customer Service and help customers find automotive parts and solutions. The role involves offering trustworthy automotive advice, recommending products and promotions, contributing to sales goals, maintaining inventory and store organization, following point-of-sale and loss-prevention procedures, and supporting smooth store operations. Associates use AutoZone systems to build product knowledge and diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions. They collaborate with teammates and managers, follow safety policies, and use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Applicants must be at least 16 years old, able to lift, load, and deliver merchandise, and available for a flexible schedule that may include mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime. Basic automotive-parts knowledge, bilingual Spanish and English communication skills, automotive retail experience, and ASE certification are preferred.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Recommend products, services, and promotions while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Restock merchandise, maintain store organization, follow point-of-sale procedures and loss-prevention policies, and support proper financial management and smooth store operations.
• Use structured processes to complete tasks efficiently and follow company safety policies, including using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Stay informed about automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
• Lift, load, and deliver merchandise as needed.
