About The Position

AutoZone is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Associate to deliver customer service, help customers select automotive parts and solutions, and contribute to sales and store performance. The role includes advising customers, maintaining inventory and store organization, following point-of-sale and loss-prevention procedures, using diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes, and supporting a safe, productive store environment. Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, and weekends; overtime may be needed.

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Recommend products, services, and promotions while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Restock and organize merchandise, follow point-of-sale procedures and loss-prevention policies, and support proper financial management and smooth store operations.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently using structured processes; follow safety policies and use personal protective equipment.
• Use AutoZone systems to stay current on automotive parts, tools, and promotions.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
• Lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
