About The Position

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, offer trustworthy automotive advice, and communicate clearly and professionally.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates, support team members, and help foster a motivated, productive store environment.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Restock and organize merchandise; follow point-of-sale procedures and loss-prevention policies; and support sound financial management and smooth store operations.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently by following structured processes and company safety policies, including using required personal protective equipment.
• Keep current on automotive parts, tools, and promotions using AutoZone systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
• Lift, load, and deliver merchandise as needed.
• Maintain flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
