About The Position

A Retail Sales Associate is a valued member of a high-performing team, empowered and equipped to do their job. The role focuses on providing a great customer experience, handling sales transactions, encouraging participation in company programs, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized store. This is a part-time position. The anticipated pay rate is $17.00 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Associates and their families may participate in limited medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and short-term disability coverage. Eligible associates may enroll in the company’s 401(k) plan. Associates can accrue up to 152 hours of paid time off per year, inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays, and up to 64 hours of paid sick time per year unless otherwise required by law. Schedules are described as respectful and fall within operating hours of 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. The company is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter and offers associate discounts, stable employment, and a clear path to promotion with full-time opportunities.
