About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you’ll serve as a customer-facing representative in the store. Best Buy will train you to recommend technology products and services that fit customers’ needs. The role is suited to someone with an interest in sales or helping people. You’ll also help customers with purchases and pickup orders and keep the sales floor clean and stocked.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Demonstrate products, answer questions, and recommend solutions that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate product and service knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
