About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you’ll be the face of the company for customers visiting its stores. Best Buy provides training to help you confidently recommend technology products and services suited to each customer’s needs. The role is suitable for people who are passionate about sales or helping others.

You’ll welcome and assist customers, demonstrate products, answer questions, and make recommendations across departments. You’ll also handle purchases, returns, and exchanges at the cashier, maintain product and service knowledge through ongoing learning, keep the sales floor clean and stocked, and help fulfill in-store and curbside pickup orders.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

• Perform product demonstrations, answer questions, and recommend products that meet customers’ needs across departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
