About The Position

POP MART is seeking Sales Associates to contribute to overall salesmanship and customer experience within their stores. This role involves exceeding customer expectations by understanding their needs, recommending suitable products, providing in-depth product information, and closing sales. An interest in designer toys is a plus. The position reports to and receives functional guidance from the Store Manager.

Requirements

1+ year of retail customer-facing experience
Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver a great customer experience
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move merchandise and supplies up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per shift)
Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and climb ladders or step stools safely
Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as unpacking boxes, tagging items, and stocking shelves
Able to work in a fast-paced environment that may require quick movements and multitasking
Ability to work in varying temperature conditions, including stockroom and receiving areas
Manual dexterity required to operate standard stockroom tools (e.g., box cutters)

Nice To Haves

An interest in designer toys
Ability to speak or understand multiple languages is a plus

Responsibilities

Greet customers, engage in friendly conversations, and inquire about their shopping needs.
Act as a subject matter expert on POP MART's core business, including character information, products, and company history.
Offer product recommendations and provide information to assist customers in making product-related decisions.
Process customer transactions using the cash register.
Support product shipment deliveries and organize the stockroom.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment for customers, employees, and products.
Drive sales of key company products such as Blind boxes, MEGA, and accessories.
