About The Position

Skechers is hiring an entry-level retail Sales Associate, also known as a Product Specialist, to engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and contribute to store success. The role involves advising customers on Skechers products, supporting sales goals, maintaining merchandise and displays, processing payments, and collaborating with the store team. Associates receive on-the-job training and may have opportunities for growth within Skechers. The role requires standing for most of a shift and occasional lifting and carrying of shoes and boxes up to 50 pounds. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; prior retail, customer service, or cashier experience is a plus but not essential. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

• Reliable and detail-oriented, and comfortable handling cashier responsibilities.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide personalized advice about Skechers products.
• Contribute to store and individual retail sales goals.
• Organize displays, restock shelves, and manage merchandise to maintain the store.
• Process customer payments accurately and perform cashier duties.
• Maintain knowledge of Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories and share product information with customers.
• Collaborate with other employees to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand and company standards.
