About The Position
The Wasserstrom Company, a leading national Food Service Distributor established in 1902 and family-owned, has an opening for a Retail Sales Associate at its Superstore in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service to help boost in-store sales. The position is first shift only, with no nights or weekends required.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills; both on the phone and in person
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Drive to succeed
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with culinary products is a plus
Responsibilities
- Stock product
- Assist team with load/unload product
- Assist customers on sales floor
- Help maintain store appearance
- Answer phone calls
- Operate the cash register
