Part Time - Retail Sales Associate
About The Position
My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is looking for driven, dynamic, and coachable individuals to join their growing retail team as a Retail Sales Associate. The Retail Sales Associate will help provide the best customer experience and technology solutions from a variety of AT&T products and services offered by My Wireless. The role involves engaging with customers, educating them on available AT&T products and services, and guiding them through the buying process. The position offers opportunities for new roles and financial rewards as the employee learns and succeeds, working in an energetic environment with customers and colleagues.
Requirements
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent
- Standing and walking around, moving about for prolonged periods of time
- Occasionally lifting and moving objects of up to 10 pounds
- Frequently required to reach with hands and arms
- Climbing ladders, balancing on ladders, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and fine handling of display materials and merchandise
- Dexterity is required
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include being able to work with small parts in mobile phones and being able to look at a computer screen for prolonged periods of time
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location)
- Experience prospecting through outbound calls.
