Requirements

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Positive attitude and strong team-first mindset.
Reliable, professional and detail-oriented.
Able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift and move boxes up to 30 pounds.
Ability to bend, reach, squat, climb ladders and navigate stairs.
Ability to support stockroom, merchandising and operational tasks.

Nice To Haves

Passion for movement, health, wellness, sustainability or outdoor lifestyles preferred.
Retail, hospitality, fitness or customer-facing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Deliver warm, authentic and human customer experiences every day.
Guide customers through their barefoot journey using product knowledge and natural movement principles.
Educate customers on Vivobarefoot products and brand philosophy.
Resolve customer questions and concerns with professionalism and care.
Contribute to store sales goals through exceptional customer engagement.
Maintain strong product knowledge across all categories.
Support promotions, launches and key trading periods.
Work collaboratively to achieve team goals.
Support opening and closing procedures as required.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation across the sales floor and back of house.
Follow company policies and operational procedures.
Assist with deliveries and stock replenishment.
Maintain stockroom organisation and accuracy.
Support inventory counts and stock movement activities.
Welcome customers attending events, workshops, walks and run clubs.
Help create a welcoming environment that reflects Vivobarefoot values.
Support community activations and store experiences.
