About The Position

As a Sales Associate at Sunglass Hut, you will provide an exceptional shopping experience that encourages positive customer connections and brand loyalty. You will represent the brand by using your style and connection to local and broader communities, while staying informed about the current product assortment. The position is seasonal/temporary and may involve occasional opening and closing duties and work meetings.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of previous sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while remaining committed to an excellent customer experience.
• Self-motivated team player.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers to promote an excellent customer experience.
• Inform merchandisers or managers about stocking needs.
• Maintain visual standards set by management and the company.
• Resolve customer issues and involve management when needed.
• Provide high-touch assistance in complex customer service situations for VIP clientele and support their retention.
• Stay up to date and knowledgeable about the current product assortment.
• Listen to and act on instructions from management or a superior.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
• Comply with professional regulations, internal rules, and the company’s code of conduct.
• Attend and participate in occasional work meetings.
• Be punctual for shifts and proactively communicate obstacles to a manager.
• Represent the brand by drawing on personal style and connections with local and broader communities.
