About The Position
My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is looking for driven, dynamic, and coachable individuals to join their growing retail team as a Retail Sales Associate. In this role, you will help provide the best customer experience and technology solutions from a variety of AT&T products and services offered by My Wireless. The day-to-day involves engaging with customers, educating them on available AT&T products and services, and guiding them through the buying process. As you learn and succeed, you'll be eligible for new opportunities and financial rewards. Every day, you'll work in an energetic environment with customers and colleagues that appreciate your dedication and commitment. My Wireless is a fast-growing AT&T Authorized National Retailer with over 240 locations throughout the US and Puerto Rico. Their mission is to inspire team members through journeys that instill knowledge, habits, and skills to connect with customers to realize goals and aspirations. They maintain a fun and rewarding training program for their staff to ensure that each team member is promotion-ready to support the company's growth.
Requirements
- Experience in a retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Dexterity is required
- Specific vision abilities required include working with small parts in mobile phones and looking at a computer screen for prolonged periods of time

Responsibilities
- Engage with My Wireless customers
- Educate customers on available AT&T products and services
- Guide customers through the buying process

- Train and develop skills to become a top My Wireless Retail Sales Associate, leading to opportunities on the management team
- Maintain a fun, clean, and exciting work environment for customers and team members
- Work as a team member to exceed personal and team goals
- Participate in marketing activities designed to maximize selling opportunities
