About The Position

This is a part-time position where the associate will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and customer service. The role involves assessing customer needs, providing product information, driving sales, maintaining store appearance, engaging with customers, and working collaboratively with other team members.

Requirements

• Proven working experience as retail sales associate
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• Track record of over-achieving sales quota
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service focus
• High School degree

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and customer service
• Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• Go the extra mile to drive sales
• Maintain stock and appearance of the store
• Actively seek out and engage with customers in store
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Work as a team with other sales associates to ensure proper customer service
• Build trusting relationships with customers
