About The Position
Seasonal part-time Retail Sales Associate positions are available for the Winter 2026/2027 season. The winter season runs from November through April, with the possibility of continuing during the summer season. The Retail Sales Associate is a vital team player who serves customers in the retail shop in a friendly and professional manner. The role may also include locker room check-in, setting up and taking down coffee and tea, assisting locker holders with locker issues, and helping with early-load mornings.
Responsibilities
- Operate the cash register and process customer transactions.
- Direct customers to products and inform them about products.
- Answer customer questions about all aspects of the resort.
- Keep the shop straightened and clean as needed.
- Stock inventory and prepare inventory for the shop floor.
- Handle customer service issues.
- Become familiar with all aspects of Snowbasin Resort and its retail products.
- Check in customers in the locker room as needed.
- Set up and take down coffee and tea as needed.
- Assist locker holders with problems or issues with their lockers.
- Help with early-load mornings.
