About The Position

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking driven, dynamic, and coachable individuals to join their retail team as a Retail Sales Associate. This role involves providing the best customer experience and technology solutions from a variety of AT&T products and services. The position offers a strong base pay with a commission and bonus structure, ongoing paid training, exciting career paths, and uncapped commission potential for those who meet or exceed sales goals. Requirements

  • Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required)
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
  • Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
  • Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent. (Required)

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location)
  • Experience prospecting through outbound calls. (Preferred)
