About The Position

The Retail Sales Associate is a part-time member of a high-performing team, supporting customers and store operations. The anticipated rate is $17.50 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Operating hours are 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., with respectful scheduling. The company is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter. Full-time opportunities and a clear path to promotion are available.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great experience for customers.
• Handle various sales transactions.
• Encourage customers to participate in company programs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
