Retail Sales Associate
About The Position
As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you’ll be the face of the company for store customers. Best Buy provides training to help you recommend technology products and services that meet each customer’s needs. The role suits people with a passion for sales or helping others. You’ll welcome and engage with customers, demonstrate products, answer questions, and make recommendations across departments. You’ll also handle cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges; maintain product knowledge through ongoing learning; keep the sales floor clean and stocked; and assist with in-store and curbside pickup orders. The position requires at least three months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment, as well as availability for a flexible schedule that includes holidays, nights, and weekends.
