About The Position

Sun Tan City is seeking enthusiastic and fun employees who are passionate about client service to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will help clients find their glow and grow their confidence. Whether it's for a special occasion or just for maintaining that everyday glow, you will educate clients on the best tanning and wellness options, so they will look and feel their best. You will also have the opportunity to enjoy our services for FREE!

Requirements

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment.
• Must be able to lift or help lift items and heavier boxes.
• Must be able to bend down to pick up trash, towels, and other items from the floor.
• Must be able to perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.
• Must be able to work independently and alone during some shifts as business needs require.
• Must be available to work some nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all your clients’ needs are met and are treated professionally.
• Engage with all clients by building good relationships and understanding and meeting their needs as a client.
• Make recommendations for products and services.
• Maintain minimum sales requirements.
• Multi-task such as cleaning beds as clients leave and engaging new clients upon their arrival.
• Maintaining cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas.
• Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment while upholding all company policies and procedures.
