About The Position
Family-owned FlynnO'Hara Uniforms has proudly served as a Philadelphia-based supplier and retailer of premium school uniforms, gym apparel, and medical attire since 1972. We provide flexible scheduling, a welcoming team environment, and competitive pay. Our retail store located in Springhouse, PA is currently hiring seasonal team associates who bring a positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Applicants must be at least 15 years old before their first day of employment. Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are a plus, but not required.
Requirements
- At least 15 years old before their first day of employment
- Flexible availability, with the ability to work 5–30 hours per week during the off-season and up to 40 hours per week during peak season
- Availability for some evenings and weekends
- Dependable with strong communication and customer service skills
- Able to lift 25 pounds or more and stand or walk for extended periods

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly
- Help customers find and select merchandise
- Restock shelves
- Maintain a clean and organized store
- Assist with filing and data entry tasks when needed
