About The Position

Vitamin World, a leading retailer in the Health and Wellness Industry for over 40 years, is seeking a Sales Associate to join their dynamic team in PLAZA CAYEY in CAYEY, PR. The ideal candidate is upbeat, energetic, performance-driven, with proven sales experience and excellent customer service skills, and a passion for the growing Vitamins and Supplements Industry.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of retail sales and customer service experience.
• Passion for health, nutrition, fitness and helping others.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs (stock).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the store team to support and achieve the goals of Vitamin World.
• Greet and interact with customers to understand their needs and preferences related to merchandise, answering questions and making recommendations as appropriate.
• Retrieve merchandise from sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations; place special orders.
• Demonstrate knowledge of store products and services to increase sales.
• Maintain a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm reflecting Vitamin World’s commitment to our customer.
• Operate the store point of sale system, accept payment, make change, provide receipts and bag merchandise for customers.
• Ensure that the store always looks clean and inviting.
• Place and rotate merchandise to attract positive attention from customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
