Part Time Retail Sales Associate
About The Position
My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is looking for driven, dynamic, and coachable individuals to join their growing retail team as a Retail Sales Associate. This role involves providing the best customer experience and technology solutions from a variety of AT&T products and services. The position offers a strong base pay, a commission and bonus schedule, ongoing paid training, career path opportunities, and an uncapped commission program for those who meet or exceed sales goals. The day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with customers, educating them on AT&T products and services, and guiding them through the buying process in an energetic environment.
Requirements
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent
- Standing and walking around, moving about for prolonged periods of time
- Occasionally lifting and moving objects of up to 10 pounds
- Frequently required to reach with hands and arms
- Climbing ladders, balancing on ladders, stooping, kneeling, crouching
- Fine handling of display materials and merchandise
- Dexterity is required
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include being able to work with small parts in mobile phones and being able to look at a computer screen for prolonged periods of time
