About The Position

Provide a high level of guest service to guests of all retail outlets. Responsible for the maintenance of shops to include cleanliness, receiving, stocking, and general maintenance.

Requirements

• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be highly motivated with a positive attitude and have the ability to multi-task.
• Applicant must be able to work well as an individual and as a member of a team with a goal of providing outstanding guest service.
• Basic computer skills necessary.
• Must have the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time up to 8-10 hours a day.
• Constant stooping, bending and carrying of items that sometimes exceed 30 pounds however limited to 50Ibs.
• Requires the ability to interact with people beyond giving and receiving instructions.
• Must be adaptable to performing under stress when confronted with an emergency.
• Must be able to effectively handle stressful and compromising situations while remaining focused and professional.

• Retail background or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction is priority by assisting with any guest needs and providing suggestions to help close the sale.
• Responsible for being knowledgeable of merchandise to include pricing, quality, functionality, and features.
• Must stock the outlet according to established procedures and at the direction of Retail Manager and/or buyer.
• Responsible for meeting daily/monthly sales goals.
• Maintain cleanliness on a daily basis including but not limited to: floors, windows, cabinets, dusting, countertops, other fixtures within the stores, and organizing storage rooms.
• Assist with maintaining stock levels, such as recording accurate weekly ice cream counts and communicating low stock levels of ice cream, supplies, and candy.
• Assist with training new employees on policies and procedures of the Retail department.
• Complete all assignments requested by Retail Manager and Retail Buyer.
• Perform opening and closing procedures of outlets.
• Maintain an open line of communication with manager and good rapport with co-workers.
• Attend all meetings and complete all online training sessions.
• Must follow proper grooming and dress standards set forth by the Employee Handbook.
• Must understand and abide by environmental practices of the resort.
• Other duties as assigned.
