About The Position

E. Edwards Workwear is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Grandview, MO. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for our customers - delivering informed product guidance, efficient service, and a consistently positive in-store experience.

Requirements

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Professional telephone etiquette and written communication ability
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale systems
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Adaptability to shifting priorities in a fast-paced retail environment

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products
• Escort customers to merchandise and provide product information
• Manage incoming calls and in-store traffic simultaneously
• Communicate current store promotions effectively
• Stock, restock, and organize merchandise per company standards
• Support visual merchandising and display arrangements
• Participate in freight receiving and inventory processes
• Monitor and report inventory discrepancies
• Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor and stockroom
