Retail Sales Associate – Part Time
About The Position
AutoZone is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! Customer Service and help customers find automotive parts and solutions. The role supports sales and store operations by assisting customers with product selection and advice, maintaining inventory, and contributing to a positive, knowledgeable retail environment. Associates use AutoZone systems to learn about products and promotions and diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and recommend solutions. The position requires availability for a flexible schedule that may include mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and able to lift, load, and deliver merchandise. Basic automotive knowledge, bilingual English and Spanish communication skills, automotive retail experience, and ASE certification are preferred. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and communicate clearly and professionally.
- Collaborate with managers and teammates to support a motivated, productive store environment and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.
- Recommend products, services, and promotions while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
- Restock merchandise, maintain store organization, follow point-of-sale procedures and loss-prevention policies, and support proper financial management.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently using structured processes and follow safety policies, including use of personal protective equipment.
- Stay current on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
- Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
