Retail Sales Associate – Part Time
About The Position
AutoZone is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Associate to deliver customer service and help customers find automotive parts and solutions. The role supports store sales and operations by assisting customers with product selection and automotive advice, maintaining inventory and store organization, and contributing to a positive, knowledgeable retail environment. Associates use AutoZone systems to stay current on parts and promotions, and diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and recommend solutions. The position requires the ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise, and schedule flexibility for mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Requirements

- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and communicate clearly and professionally.
- Collaborate with managers and teammates, support team members, and contribute to a motivated and productive store environment.
- Recommend products, services, and promotions while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
- Restock and organize merchandise, follow point-of-sale procedures and loss-prevention policies, and support proper financial management and smooth store operations.
- Use structured processes to complete assigned tasks and comply with company safety policies, including use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Use AutoZone systems to stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions.
- Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
