About The Position

AutoZone is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! Customer Service and help customers find automotive parts and solutions. The role involves providing trustworthy automotive advice, recommending products and promotions, supporting sales goals, maintaining inventory and store operations, and contributing to a positive, knowledgeable retail environment. Associates use AutoZone systems to stay informed about parts, tools, and promotions, and use diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and recommend solutions. The position requires schedule flexibility, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed, and the ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and communicate clearly and professionally.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment; support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to improve the customer experience and contribute to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Restock and organize merchandise, follow point-of-sale procedures and loss prevention policies, and support proper financial management and smooth store operations.
• Use structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently; follow company safety policies and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
