Part Time Retail Sales Associate
About The Position
My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is looking for driven, dynamic, and coachable individuals to join their retail team as a Retail Sales Associate. This role involves providing the best customer experience and offering technology solutions from a variety of AT&T products and services. The day-to-day includes engaging with customers, educating them on available products and services, and guiding them through the buying process. The company emphasizes a fun and rewarding training program to develop team members for promotion readiness and continued company growth. Requirements
- Experience in a retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Standing and walking around for prolonged periods of time
- Occasionally lifting and moving objects of up to 10 pounds
- Reaching with hands and arms
- Climbing ladders, balancing on ladders
- Stooping, kneeling, crouching
- Fine handling of display materials and merchandise
- Dexterity is required
- Working with small parts in mobile phones
- Looking at a computer screen for prolonged periods of time

- Experience prospecting through outbound calls

- Participate in marketing activities designed to maximize selling opportunities
