About The Position

The Retail Sales Associate (RSA) plays a vital role in maintaining a strong retail presence at their assigned store while driving sales and customer engagement across their region. The RSA is responsible for proactively reaching out to potential customers, assisting walk-in customers, and ensuring a seamless buying experience.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must possess ability to engage customers, build relationships, and drive sales
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to outbound calling and lead generation
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be able to function well in a high volume and fast-paced environment
Must have an excellent driving record
Must be able to travel and work hours required by job and customer demand

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with heavy equipment, construction products, or related industries is a plus
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, ideally in a retail or equipment-related industry
