About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll represent Best Buy to customers visiting its stores. Best Buy provides training to help you recommend technology products and services that meet each customer’s needs. The role involves engaging with customers, demonstrating products, answering questions, supporting sales transactions, maintaining the sales floor, and helping fulfill pickup orders.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Demonstrate products, answer questions, and recommend products and services that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain relevant product knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
